According to one cardiologist, we humans are given a finite number of heartbeats, and making our hearts beat faster with exercise is better replaced with a nap. As a former physical education teacher with a long history of graduate study in human performance, I can only wonder about the divergent notions of rogue cardiologists. As a friend and supporter of an aspiring Zumba instructor (Прегръдки!…forgive my accent), I must challenge these notions, and at the same time I value a well placed nap. I have long ago learned about this from my Uncle Herbie, a master no doubt (thanks, eh)))… So now I ramble further to say (forgive me if I repeat myself as with others): When you have a million and one things to do, get your nap out of the way first)))… P.S. After I endure those seemingly endless moments on the elliptical machine at the gym, I am happy to know there will be a turkey hoagie and a nap waiting thereafter)))
